Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us first at support@urbaneras.com, and our team will provide you with return instructions.

Cancellations

At this time, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure all order details are correct before submitting your order. Although cancellations are not possible, all orders (unless marked as final sale) qualify for our 30-day risk-free return policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@urbaneras.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@urbaneras.com, and our team will send you further instructions.

Note: To expedite your refund or exchange, please email us a photo of the tracking information receipt.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at support@urbaneras.com, and our team will provide you with instructions.

Note: To expedite your refund or exchange, please email us a photo of the tracking information receipt.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
